There’s a moment that happens in every coaching session with our transgender clients. It’s quiet, powerful, and unmistakable. It’s the moment when someone stops apologising for taking up space and starts owning it. When the walk changes from tentative to grounded. When the shoulders drop, the chin lifts, and there’s suddenly a lightness in how they move through the world.
That moment is why Walking in Heels exists.
For transgender individuals, heels aren’t just footwear. They’re a statement. They’re a tool for self-expression. They’re how you say to the world, and more importantly to yourself: this is who I am, and I’m stepping into it fully. And when you have expert guidance, genuine support, and a completely judgment-free space to explore that journey, something magical happens.
You stop hiding and you start shining.
Heels as Your Declaration of Authenticity
Walking in heels as a transgender person can mean so many different things. For some, heels are part of the final piece of your authentic self-expression, the detail that completes how you present to the world. For others, heels represent freedom, the ability to move through the world as yourself without apology. For many, they’re both.
Heels have a power that goes beyond fashion. When you choose to wear them, you’re choosing visibility. You’re choosing confidence. You’re saying: I know who I am, and I’m comfortable enough in that knowledge to let my heels do the talking.
At Walking in Heels, we celebrate that courage every single day.
Maribel has worked with transgender clients at every stage of their journey. Some arrive having just begun living openly, still finding their footing (quite literally). Others arrive as experienced heel wearers wanting to deepen their presence and polish. Some are exploring heels privately before stepping out publicly. Every single one of them matters, and every single journey is met with the same warmth, expertise, and genuine belief in their potential.
There is no judgment here. There is only support, skill, and the absolute conviction that you deserve to feel confident, elegant, and authentically yourself in heels.
Why a Safe Space Matters So Much
Let’s be honest: the world can feel unsafe sometimes, especially when you’re navigating it as your authentic self. Public spaces, social situations, moments where you’re visible, they can all come with a layer of anxiety that cisgender people might not fully understand.
That’s why the private, discreet nature of Walking in Heels coaching is so important. Every session is confidential. Every client is met with complete professionalism and genuine care. You’re not being coached in front of others. You’re not performing for an audience. It’s just you, Maribel, and the safe container of the studio where you can explore, learn, wobble a little, and gradually step into the confident stride that’s waiting for you.
Many of our transgender clients tell us that this private space was the turning point. Having someone who understood both the technical aspects of beautiful heel walking and the emotional significance of it, someone who celebrated their authenticity rather than questioned it, someone who believed in them before they fully believed in themselves. That changes everything.
Your confidence journey deserves to happen in a space where you feel completely safe.
The Physical and Emotional Transformation
What happens during Walking in Heels coaching goes far deeper than learning technique, though technique absolutely matters. When you work with Maribel, you’re learning posture, balance, alignment, and heel technique from someone trained at the renowned Lucie Clayton Finishing School, the same place that taught the Duchess of Cambridge. That expertise is real and transformative.
But what really shifts is how you feel.
During a VIP Private Coaching Session or the VIP Transformation Package, clients describe a physical relaxation that happens as they start to understand their body’s alignment. The wobbling stops not because you’re fighting harder, but because you’re working smarter. Your shoulders drop. Your breathing deepens. Your entire nervous system registers: I am safe, I am supported, I can do this.
And then something even more powerful happens. As your body becomes more confident in the physical technique, your emotional confidence grows too. You start to feel the difference between shrinking and shining. You notice how differently you carry yourself when your posture is aligned and your presence is grounded. You catch your reflection in a shop window and you smile, because you see yourself. Really see yourself.
For many transgender clients, this is the moment when heels stop feeling like something they’re trying on and start feeling like something they are. The heels become an extension of your authentic self, not separate from it.
Your Options for Your Journey
Every transgender person’s journey is unique, and Walking in Heels packages are designed with that individuality in mind.
The Private Assessment and Foundations Session (£195, 90 minutes) is perfect if you’re exploring heels and want to understand your starting point. You’ll get a personalised assessment of your posture and walk, learn heel technique fundamentals, discover your balance strengths, and receive guidance on your next steps. This one-off session gives you clarity without pressure.
If you’re ready for deeper work, the VIP Private Coaching Session (£400, 2 hours) is your focused, expert-led experience. This is for clients who want meaningful progress in one premium session, tailored entirely to your goals, with the privacy and discretion you deserve.
For those ready to commit to lasting transformation, the VIP Transformation Package (£1,350-£1,600) includes 4-6 private sessions designed at your pace. Studio hire is included, everything is arranged for you, and you’ll experience a complete confidence and walk transformation guided every step of the way.
All sessions are private, one-to-one, and completely discreet. Payment is required upfront because these are reserved for clients truly ready to invest in themselves. Maribel works with a small number of aligned clients only, because quality, authenticity, and genuine connection matter far more than volume.
The Community You’re Joining
Walking in Heels is more than just coaching. It’s a community of people who understand that heels represent something deeper than fashion. It’s a space where cross-dressers, transgender individuals, performers, professionals, and anyone exploring their authentic self through heels can find support, expertise, and genuine celebration.
You’re not alone in this journey. And you’re not alone in discovering that when you walk confidently in heels that feel right for who you are, you’re not just changing how you move through the world. You’re changing how you feel about yourself.
That ripples into everything. Your confidence in heels becomes confidence in yourself. Your ability to walk authentically becomes your ability to live authentically. The heels become a symbol of something much bigger: self-acceptance, courage, and the right to be seen exactly as you are.
